UPS SERVICE ALERT

Suspension of Service Guarantee

Effective March 26, 2020 and untill further notice, we have suspended the UPS Service Guarantee (also refered to as the UPS Money Back Guarantee) for all shipments from any origin to any destination. For all U.S. origin shipments, the Service Guarantee suspension became effective as of March 24, 2020.

LTL Shipments that are quoted from our call center are only applicable for 10 business days.  This is due to the extreme truck and driver shortage impacting the USA.  Rates can change dramatically overnight.  Any additional charges from carrier Example: driver wait time, lift gate, residential, redelivery charges etc. will be billed to customer.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  All Next-Day Air & Second Air Orders are immediately processed Monday through Friday and cannot be cancelled for any reason.

Custom Made items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer. These items are made to order and shipped to you as soon as they're made.

Please allow up to 3 days for tracking information on non-custom made orders.

For Custom Made products, the tracking information will be sent as soon as the product is finished.

UPS "NEW" PACKAGE WEIGHT CONFIGURATION

For all packages shipping UPS, a "dimensional weight" is calculated. UPS will calculate their shipping charges based on the dimensional weight or actual package weight, whichever is heavier.

DIM weight cutoffs apply to UPS Ground service only. Please check the UPS website for information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Some of our products are not available for shipping outside of the United States.  Here is a list of some of these manufacturers Stens, Muncie Power, Federal Signal, Rigid Hitch, Oregon Products.  Any questions contact customer service.

Your items may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Customs authorities require the value of the item to be stated directly on the package.

Delivery within 5 to 10 business days to most areas, can be up to 16 business days in outlying areas.

Do to the volatile fuel market shipping charges may increase without notice.  We make every effort to provide reasonable cost shipping to our customers.  Zequip reserves the right to alter shipping charges of up to 10% without notice on certain orders do to the fluctuation of the shipping market.

    • Leave delivery instructions (we will do our best to notify carrier) or use UPS My Choice Service
    • Use a UPS Store if needed for delivery
    • Package Theft Is On The Rise, We (Zequip) Nor Any Package Carrier Is Responsible For Any Missing Or Stolen Packages Once A Delivery Has Been Made By The Designated Carrier.  Please Protect Your Investment.
